Good Faith Bargaining Updates 

Good faith bargaining began at Y Ballarat, Y Geelong and Y Whittlesea on 9th June 2023. 

After each bargaining representive meeting that takes place, there will be an update provided on this page to inform staff affected by the current YMCA staff agreements.

If you wish to become a bargaining representitive you are required to nominate yourself or someone else (you must ask them first, they have a right to refuse) by emailing your Human Resources (HR).
