Attendance at the venue is subject to Public Health Orders which required only fully vaccinated members to attend the meeting. Access and Inclusion is important to the Y and we have set up an online AGM link to ensure the attendance at the AGM is accessible to all.

The business of the Annual General Meeting will be
To receive and consider the statement submitted to members in accordance with Section 30(4) of the Act;
- To confirm the minutes of the Annual General Meeting held November 29,2020.
- To receive annual report of the President and CEO on activities of the Associations during the preceding financial year;
- To receive the financial statements of the Associations for the proceeding financial year;
- To elect members of the Board Members;
- To confirm the amounts of annual subscription and joining fees;
- To approve Auditor services for 2021-2022;
- Presentation of Long Serving Staff and Volunteer Awards 2021.
- Acknowledgement of the Y Service Club of Geelong Staff Room at Camp Wyuna.
