Camp Wyuna Information
Camp Wyuna is ideally located at the entrance of the coastal town of Queenscliff at the heads of Port Phillip Bay on the Bellarine Peninsula, only 30 minutes from Geelong and 1.5 hours from Melbourne. Set amongst the natural dune scape is the newly re-constructed Camp Wyuna on 5 acres. A unique setting surrounded by magnificent natural and historical resources. Camp Wyuna enjoys direct access Port Phillip Bay foreshore along a 50 metre walking track over the sand dunes and is in view of Swan Bay. Its proximity to the many attractions and activities in Queenscliff means you are walking distance from everything.
Camp Wyuna sleeps 96 campers and 8 leaders in 4 lodges on the Queenscliff site. Our 4 lodges have been designed to provide the best camping accommodation. Each bunkroom accommodates four people in two bunk beds. One bathroom facility is shared (and accessed) between two bunkrooms (8 people). Each bathroom has two basins, a separate shower cubicle and a separate toilet cubicle. Each bunkroom has a storage locker to accommodate one piece of luggage per guest.
Our leaders rooms can accommodate 3 persons with their own ensuite.
Camp Wyuna's dining room and recreation room are ideal locations for group conferencing and indoor recreation. The redevelopment of Camp Wyuna adds an extra dimension to conferencing with the new multi-purpose room under the Swan Bay Lodge ideal for break out groups.

We can tailor a program to suit your group, simply liaise with our Camp Staff who will be happy to create a program for your needs. We also have access to the many museums and attractions including the Marine Discovery Centre and Fort Queenscliff
During your camp, guests can unwind by taking a stroll along the foreshore of Port Phillip Bay (50 meters from camp) or by playing a number of outdoor sports in the Activities Arena. An array of sports equipment is available for camp groups to use and also with the Queenscliffe Borough on many of their large ovals and open areas including the beach.
Full catering is provided at Camp Wyuna and served in the camp's dining room / multi-purpose room that comfortably seats up to 100 people.
Fully balanced meals are provided to meet the appetites and tastes of all ages. Meal times are an opportunity for your group to enhance relationships, relax and enjoy each other's company. We take great care in tailoring our catering services to meet your needs. Fully cooked breakfast, lunch and dinner is supplemented by morning, afternoon tea and supper if required. Refreshments and fruit are available at all times. All special dietary requirements (food allergies) are happily catered for.
To make a booking enquiry ring on 5258 1656 or email firstname.lastname@example.org for the most up to date information. Once the date, number of nights, meals, and instructors required has been established a tentative booking is entered into the system and paperwork is posted. The tentative booking is held for one month. If confirmation is not received a call or letter will be sent but if confirmation is not received within the following two weeks the booking is no longer held. To confirm a booking a signed booking form and deposit is required. The deposit is banked and a receipt is mailed to confirm your booking.
Prior to your booking we will contact you regarding your upcoming camp, design your program, email the camp booklet and provide any other assistance you may require to ensure your successful camp.
The hire agreement is provided with the booking form and the booking form is a contract signed by both the group leader and camp administrator. Minimum numbers or a minimum fee are included on the booking form.
The cost of camp depends on the length of your stay, number of meals provided and additional services required. For example, activities that require an instructor, three course meals, or final clean up by camp staff are all options available at additional charges and will be quoted on request.
Group leaders are responsible for the booking and administration. organising their group, choosing the program, providing final numbers and any dietary requirements, arranging transport, managing camper’s behaviour, setting tables, cleaning the facilities on departure, providing and managing first aid, personal information and medical forms.
