Teen and Adult Gym
Our teen and adult gym classes run on an open planned program.
We have a base layout for our program, and will structure each lesson based on a participantโs skill level and desired goals in the gym. This program is a great way for teens or adults to keep fit and challenge themselves in a fun, social environment. Teen gym is suitable for 14 -17 year olds and adult gym is for 17+.
All levels are welcome!
