Teen Gym & Twisters
Our twisters program is a girls only program for beginners ages between 10 -13 years old aiming at teaching the basic skills and getting gymnast’s ready for our higher levels in our gymsafe program or Gymstar stream.
Our 90minute program involves all woman apparatus focusing on learning the basics quickly and honing your gymnastics skills. Twisters participants are also invited to attend our gymsafe championships in June and December. This is a great opportunity for gymnasts to show family and friends what they have learned via a recreational competition format. All participants will receive a medal and certificate.
