Gymnastics is about learning to move, develop skills and self-confidence as well as staying physically active and mentally challenging yourself to try new things.
This all occurs under the guidance of qualified coaches in a socially inclusive, safe environment. Our program is designed to cater for beginners who are looking at participation and activity to those who aspire to the National and even international stage.
Are you struggling to find a safe and educational way for your toddle to use their physical energy and sense of curiosity in a fun way? Relax; most parents struggle to find the answer, but the parents who attend our gymnastics programs with their toddlers and pre-schoolers know the solution is to engage their children with activities that stimulate gross motor skills, fine motor skills, imagination and play through climbing, jumping, rolling, swinging and general movement.

All children develop at their own pace and there is never any pressure to meet any sort of standards. The benefits come from attempting skills and trying, we aren’t after perfection we just want to see happy and engaged children progressing in their own way.
All the children in our EdGym Programs are little superheros in their own right!
