Outside School Hours Care



As you complete your enrolment you will be asked to provide certain information in order to secure a spot for your child.

We suggest preparing the following documentation before setting up an account:

  • Contact information: Contact information is required for the person who will be responsible for the account. Please note: The primary contact would also be the parent or guardian registered for Centrelink benefits.
  • Secondary contact: You will also be asked to add a secondary contact, which is the additional parent/guardian.
  • Billing information: Your child cannot commence care with us until parents /guardians have completed a DIRECT DEBIT AUTHORISATION. Please provide the following billing information: credit card details or bank card details.
  • Action plans, birth certificates and immunisation history statements.

Please use the following link to create your online registration through the Kiosk. All families, new and existing will need to complete an online registration if they have not already done so. You need to be registered online for us to be able to process your booking for the OSHC Program.

Through this portal you can upload and edit your child’s information, such as contact details, emergency details, additional contacts, medical information and anything else that we need to be aware of, please use this to update any details relating to your registration in future to keep our records current.

YMCA St Mary MacKillop Bannockburn OSHC is a service delivered by YMCA Geelong who is a non-profit community organisation that aims to build healthy, happy and connected communities.

The YMCA has been working with young people in Australia since first opening their doors to the community in 1853.

Our Children’s Services are approved by ACECQA (Federal) and licensed with the Department of Education and Training (DET). We operate under the Education and Care Services National Law Act (2010) and Education and Care Services National Regulations (2011).
The SMMB OHSC Program will be delivered at the Bannockburn Community Sports Stadium 32 High Street Bannockburn.

We offer Before and after School care at St Mary Mackillop Primary School in Bannockburn commencing Term 1 2021.

YMCA Programs are committed to enriching childhood and are built on the four pillars of safety, a local and responsive service approach, holistic learning practices, and keeping children healthy and active.

To keep things fun and exciting for the children in our program, each week's activities will be different and updated according to enjoyment levels and seasonal holidays and weather.

Activities include, but are not limited to: Origami, Lego, Ball Games, Creativity and Art, Gardening in the onsite Sustainability Garden and Ninja Warriors.

  • Before School Care 6:45am - 8.45am
  • After School Care 3:30pm – 6:00pm

All children must be SIGNED IN upon arrival at the centre.

In accordance with child safety, when signing out, Photo Identification (ID) will be required before entering the building to sign your child out.
