Nicole is a senior health, safety, and wellbeing practitioner with 20 years of applied expertise in workplace risk, organizational culture, and preventative safety systems. She has led complex health and safety functions across education, corporate, emergency, and community services sectors, bringing a research-informed, analytical approach to strategic risk governance.

Currently serving as the OHS Services Manager for the Department of Education, Nicole leads a team supporting Victorian Government Schools, strengthening her extensive capability in policy development and the stewardship of safe environments for young people.

A long-term Geelong resident, Nicole has deep roots in the local community. As a parent of two teenage boys, she has spent over a decade actively involved in local sporting clubs, youth programs, and school councils. Her family shares a significant, long-standing connection to the YMCA Geelong, where her children began their sporting journeys. Nicole’s combination of system-thinking professional depth and authentic lived community experience supports her strong commitment to advancing safeguarding culture, strategic governance, and the YMCA's mission of building resilient, inclusive communities.
